23rd September 2008

Received from - HQ Coy, 2 R Anglian, Trenchard Barracks, BFPO 23:

"Hope all's well with you in sunny Lincoln.
Great to hear from you on the phone, lets get the site beasted and add a photo injection, modem and old.
My family served in the Lincoln's in both world wars and my poor uncle Don Parkin died of wounds on Sword Beach with the 2nd Battalion.
I've got photo's of all the family and we'll get some up to date ones from Iraq, etc sorted.
These 2 old Lincoln's photo's are, I guess Malaya and UK or Germany, answers to the website!
Keep in touch, Cheers,"

Chris Headland

Malaya? Location not known - UK? - Germany?
